Delete my account and data
You can delete your account yourself, from either the app or the website.
Go to Account → Security
Scroll to the section marked Danger zone.
Tap Delete my account
A confirmation dialog opens and asks you to type a word to confirm. That is deliberate friction — this is not a button you should be able to hit by accident.

Your account and your personal data are removed.
If you cannot sign in
Email us from the address on the account and we will handle the deletion for you.
What we keep, and why
Some financial records are retained in anonymised form after deletion, because we are legally required to keep records of transactions. They no longer identify you. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
If you only want fewer emails
Deleting the account is a large hammer for that. See managing notifications and emails instead.
