What time does the game start?

Every kick-off time in CSFC is shown in the pitch's timezone, not your phone's.

Why we do it this way

A football match happens at a physical place. The only time that matters is the time at that place. Showing you "20:00 (your time)" for a 19:00 Lisbon game would be technically accurate and practically useless — you'd still have to be there at 19:00 local.

The reminder

Two hours before kick-off you get a reminder with the pitch and the time. That is also roughly when check-in opens, so it's a useful cue that the game is real and going ahead.

Turning up

There is no fixed rule, but arriving ten minutes early is a good habit: it gives you time to find the organizer, check in and change. Games start on the hour because the pitch is booked for a fixed slot — a late start eats into playing time for everybody.
