What does CSFC handle, and what do I?

The point of organising through CSFC rather than a group chat is that the tedious parts are not yours.

CSFC handles

• Booking and paying for the pitch, in advance. You never front the money.
• Taking payments from players, including refunds and the no-show rules.
• Filling the roster — the game is listed to everyone in the city, not just people you know.
• Chasing the money. If a player does not pay, that is our problem.

You handle

• Being there, on time.
• Running check-in — opening the QR screen and ticking off anyone whose scan fails.
• Keeping the game moving: teams, bibs, kick-off.

What you do not control

Cancelling a game is not currently something organizers do themselves — it goes through the CSFC team. If a game needs calling off, contact us as early as you can, because the earlier it happens the more likely players get a full refund window.
