Yes. CSFC runs 5-a-side, 7-a-side and full-pitch games, depending on the venue.

The format is on every game listing, next to the price and the number of spots left, so you always know what you are booking before you pay.

Which pitches run which format

Open a pitch page and it lists the game types available there. Some venues only support one format; larger ones run several at different times.

A game does not have to be full to be played

The spot count on a listing is the pitch's capacity, not a target that has to be hit. A game with a couple of spots still open goes ahead, and the format on the day may shrink slightly — an advertised 8-a-side played as 7-a-side.

Very occasionally a game is called off, usually because too few players joined or the venue has a problem. That is a decision the CSFC team makes, not an automatic rule — and when it happens everything you paid returns to your balance. See CSFC cancelled my game.
