How do I cancel or leave a game?

Leaving is always allowed. Whether you get your money back is a separate question, answered in the refund policy.

   Open the game

   From your games list, or from the pitch page.

   Tap Leave game

   Before you confirm, the app shows you either the refund amount or a warning that this is inside the no-refund window. Read that line — it is the answer to "will I get my money back", for this specific booking.

   Confirm

   Your spot is released immediately and any refund lands on your balance right away.

Please do leave rather than just not turn up

A spot you release with a day's notice usually gets filled. A no-show is a missing player for everyone else on the pitch, and it is the difference between a 7-a-side and a 6-a-side.

If an organizer added you

If you did not book yourself, you paid nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Leave freely.
