What is my CSFC balance?

Your balance is money held inside CSFC. It pays for any game, in full or in part, and there is nothing to activate.

You can see it, and every movement in and out of it, under Account → Payments.

Where balance comes from

• Credit packs you buy.
• Refunds — leaving a game in time, or CSFC cancelling one.
• Referral rewards, once a friend you invited actually plays.

Credit packs

A credit pack is a prepayment for pitch time. Larger packs include bonus credits — extra balance on top of what you paid — which is the only reason to buy a pack rather than pay per game by card.

Buy one from Account → Payments, tapping your balance.

Credit packs also cannot be used to buy or activate flex passes.

Why a refund never reaches your card

Every refund is credited to your balance. That is deliberate and it is what the refund policy describes in full.
