What is my CSFC balance?

Your balance is money held inside CSFC. It pays for any game, in full or in part, and there is nothing to activate.

You can see it, and every movement in and out of it, under Account → Payments.

Where balance comes from

• Credit packs you buy.
• Refunds — leaving a game in time, or CSFC cancelling one.
• Referral rewards, once a friend you invited actually plays.

Credit packs

A credit pack is a prepayment for pitch time. Larger packs include bonus credits — extra balance on top of what you paid — which is the only reason to buy a pack rather than pay per game by card.

Buy one with Top up, either on your account screen or under Account → Payments. The packs list shows what lands on your balance, with the price you pay beside it — those two differ whenever a pack carries a bonus.

After 14 days the credit stays on your balance. It never expires and it pays for any game, but it does not convert back to cash.

Where refunds go

A refund from leaving a game goes to your balance, never to your card — a game on a fixed date is one of the few things we are allowed not to refund at all, so balance credit there is a choice we make rather than a rule we follow.

The exception is a game we cancel: you can ask for that money on your card instead. The refund policy has every case in one table.
