Where can I see my payments and refunds?
Go to Account → Payments. Your balance is at the top, and every movement in and out of it is listed below, newest first, grouped by month.
What each row means
A payment for a game is named after the game — "Thursday 7v7 Corporate Cup", not "Game payment". Everything else is named after what happened, and a refund adds the game after it, so you can tell which one came back.

| Adjustment | A manual correction by the CSFC team |
Games deleted long after the fact are the one exception: with nothing left to name, the row falls back to what kind of movement it was.
If something looks wrong
Email us with the pitch and the kick-off time of the game in question. That is enough for us to find the booking and tell you exactly what was charged and refunded.
