Where can I see my payments and refunds?

Go to Account → Payments. Your balance is at the top, and every movement in and out of it is listed below, newest first.

What each row means

Row	What happened
Game payment	You paid to join a game
Balance top-up	You bought a credit pack
Leave refund	You left a game in time and the fee came back
Cancellation refund	CSFC cancelled a game and returned your money
Referral reward	A friend you invited played their first game
Refund	A refund that does not fit the two cases above
Adjustment	A manual correction by the CSFC team

If something looks wrong

Email us with the pitch and the kick-off time of the game in question. That is enough for us to find the booking and tell you exactly what was charged and refunded.
