When do I get my tournament money back?
Where the money goes
Every tournament refund goes to your CSFC balance, never back to a card, and it arrives at once.
It goes to whoever paid. A captain who paid for a teammate's place gets that place's money back. Each person who chipped in toward a team fee gets back exactly what they paid.
When money comes back
These apply the same way to divisions priced per player and per team.

"Everyone who paid" includes people who chipped in toward a team fee and later left the team. Their contribution stayed with the team, so it comes back to them when the team's money does.
If you are the captain, you can withdraw the team yourself with Withdraw team on its team page, while registration is open. Before you confirm, the app says whether money comes back: before the registration deadline everyone who paid gets it back; after it, nothing is refunded.
When money does not come back
- A disqualification. Nothing is refunded to anyone on the team.
- A withdrawal after the registration deadline, whether by the captain or the organizer.
- Leaving, or being removed from, a team priced per team. Your contribution stays with the team.
- A contribution from an account that was later deleted. There is no balance left to put it back on.
How you are told
If your team is withdrawn, the app says why: "Not enough paid players at close", "The captain withdrew the team", "The organizer withdrew the team" or "The tournament was cancelled". When money comes back to you, it shows "€X back on your balance". If you withdrew it yourself as captain, it says "You withdrew the team".
